The Tulsa Winch Group, also known as TWG, is an industry leader in the manufacture of winch, gear box and load systems. With a need to provide more information to its current and prospective clients the Tulsa Winch Group faced the challenge of recreating a website with little to no knowledge of the best way to go about doing so. The staff felt that their existing website was more of a liability than an asset.

TWG then contacted AJMaddox. With AJMaddox they were educated about the way the internet works and how valuable their web presence could become. AJMaddox guided them through determining what their primary purpose should be and how to provide the most information possible. Through AJMaddox, Mike Walz, Vice President of Sales & Marketing of the Tulsa Winch Group, was able to have his goals executed perfectly.

AJMaddox is always available, day, night and weekends, to make sure Mike and his team is taken care of. AJMaddox has created a site with features including the ability to promote their products and services via video, a dealer locator, and is also available in five languages. TWG is now able to use their site as an internal resource as well. Their “Competitor Cross Reference” tool has been valuable in assisting with their own sales team while closing deals.

In 2007, the TWG website was recorded as having over 440,000 document downloads. The website has increased advertising revenue, parts and services sales, and has even saved money by reducing the number of customer service issues that staff would normally be deployed to resolve.
